After nearly 25 years in Wichita, Kansas, I will be moving with my family to Oklahoma City.
Since starting Kneeland Guitar Works in May, 2020, I have done my best to provide professional luthierie services to my customers. And, thanks to those customers, my business has grown tremendously. What started as a smallish group of loyal clients has grown to the point where at least half of my customers are new faces. I love that. Word of mouth referrals have increased, and I am proud of my feedback and reviews online. (Still 5-stars!!).
So it is with a combination of sadness and excitement that I am announcing this big move. My wife was offered a wonderful opportunity with her work in June. We thought, at first, that she could commute to OKC every few weeks. But with a 3 year old at home, among other concerns, it soon became apparent that relocating was the only practical decision.
We have purchased a new home, with room for me to move my shop. I enjoy working from home, as it allows me to keep my pricing lower (no storefront rent!). Address is 8405 NW 100th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73162. Phone number, email, Facebook page, etc…will stay the same.
I will no longer be able to accept repair jobs until after we get settled in OKC, probably early January. Movers will be here week after Thanksgiving, so I must finish all projects in-house before then.
