Reminder: Please Call Ahead to Make Appointment

I am unfortunately unable to easily accommodate drop-in customers. I work from home, and try to maintaining “shop hours”, but often have to run errands. Or more likely, I am working on customer instruments. I do my best to respond to any contact (email, phone, or text) as quickly as possible, but keep in mind I can receive dozens of messages per day. I answer the phone if I can, but if you get my voicemail it’s likely because I have my hands full. Don’t be afraid to follow up if I haven’t made contact…I may have missed your message.
